At 10mm thick with a 55% PVC resin and calcium carbonate composite construction, Maxi Gloss White panels are substantially more rigid and premium in feel than standard thin-profile alternatives. The composite core provides excellent dimensional stability – these panels will not bow, flex, or warp once installed, maintaining a perfectly flat, even gloss surface across the full shower enclosure wall throughout their service life.
The Maxi format changes the experience of white gloss shower cladding fundamentally. Where standard 250mm tongue-and-groove white gloss panels create a striped, horizontal pattern of vertical joins across the shower wall, the 900mm-wide Maxi panels create far fewer, more widely spaced joins – resulting in a much more seamless, continuous white gloss surface that reads as genuinely premium. In many shower enclosures, a single Maxi Gloss White panel covers an entire side wall from top to bottom with just one or two panels, creating a near-seamless white gloss result that is close to the appearance of a solid surface acrylic shower wall at a fraction of the cost.
Apply Decorwall Megabond Adhesive across the full back face of each Maxi panel for a permanent, secure bond. Seal all edges and panel joins with LMA White Silicone Sealant for a seamlessly bright, waterproof finish throughout the shower enclosure. Compatible with standard metal shower trim profiles at all corners and edges.
