Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at One Stop Bathrooms & Cladding Shop Ltd. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Please note that some types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items, custom-made products, or items on sale. Please check the individual product pages for any specific return restrictions.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, details about the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you need to exchange an item for any reason, please contact us by email at email@example.com or phone 0191 389 7473 with your order number and details about the item you would like to exchange. Depending on the item and our stock availability, we may be able to accommodate your exchange request. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the original item and sending the new item.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and provide a full refund. However, if your order has already been shipped or we are unable to stop the delivery, you will need to follow our returns process to receive a refund.
