This satin silver aluminium corner profile is specifically designed to work with the full Dumawall Plus cladding range, concealing cut edges and panel joints at both internal and external corners to deliver a clean, sharp, professional finish throughout the bathroom or shower enclosure.
The profile is compatible with Dumawall Plus standard tile panels, large tile panels, and XL shower panels alike, making it a versatile finishing solution across the entire Dumawall Plus cladding range. Its structured design incorporates a silicone channel that allows sanitary silicone to be applied cleanly within the trim, creating a waterproof seal at all corners without the need for untidy exposed bead lines.
Without appropriate corner profiles, cut panel edges are left exposed – creating not only an unsightly finish but also potential points of moisture ingress behind the cladding. The Dumawall Plus Aluminium Corner Profile eliminates both concerns simultaneously. The aluminium construction provides a rigid, durable trim that resists the humid conditions of bathroom and shower environments without corroding, warping, or deteriorating over time. The satin silver finish coordinates naturally with chrome and brushed nickel bathroom fixtures, and complements the neutral stone and concrete effect finishes throughout the Dumawall Plus cladding range.
The Dumawall Plus Aluminium Corner Profile is designed for use at both internal corners (where two walls meet inward) and external corners (where walls project outward), providing a complete corner finishing solution for any cladding installation configuration. Whether you’re cladding a simple rectangular shower enclosure or a more complex bathroom with multiple wall angles and alcoves, a single profile type serves all corner configurations cleanly and efficiently.
Fix the corner profile to the wall before fitting the adjacent cladding panels, using an appropriate adhesive or silicone. Slide the cladding panels into the profile channels, then apply LMA Clear Silicone Sealant or LMA White Silicone Sealant within the profile’s silicone channel to complete the waterproof seal at each corner joint.
