Each pack of 8 cladding panels covers 1.95m², with individual panels measuring 650mm x 375mm x 5mm. The depth of colour and veining detail in Calacatta is exceptional for a PVC tile cladding product – it genuinely holds its own in spaces where real marble might otherwise be expected.
Genuine Calacatta marble, whilst stunning, is porous and requires regular sealing, polishing, and careful maintenance to preserve in a wet bathroom environment. Dumawall Plus Calacatta delivers all of the visual drama with none of those concerns. These panels are 100% waterproof, impervious to staining, and as easy to clean as any other surface in the bathroom. There is no sealing, no polishing, and no risk of the surface etching or discolouring over time.
Calacatta works best in bathrooms that want to make a statement of quality and refinement. The white and gold veined pattern pairs beautifully with brushed gold or polished chrome fixtures, white or cream bathroom furniture, and limestone-effect flooring. For a full marble-look bathroom, use Calacatta cladding throughout the bathroom walls and into the shower enclosure. Alternatively, use it as a feature wall behind a freestanding bath or double vanity, with Dumawall Plus Cloudy White on the surrounding walls to let the marble pattern breathe and stand out.
Bond Dumawall Plus Calacatta panels securely using Decorwall Megabond Adhesive, which provides the holding strength required for these substantial panels in bathroom and shower environments. Seal all edges and joints with LMA White Silicone Sealant to complement the light base colour of the cladding. Dumawall Plus Aluminium Corner Profiles in silver finish complete the installation with refined, clean edges.
